First: Ticket Categories

Child Entry Ticket (Basic)
Designated for children from 7 months up to 14 years old (those who have started walking). -
Companion Entry Ticket
For accompanying adults (18 years and above), and a valid child ticket must be linked to it. -
Special Needs Entry Ticket
Provides the same benefits as the basic ticket, with the companion required to stay during the entire playtime.
Second: Sections with Additional Fees
Additional fees apply to certain sections and services, including:
Cars Section – Electronic Games Section (Arcade) – Fossils Section – Chips Catcher.
The management may also introduce new activities or sections with special fees, which will be officially announced inside the branches or through electronic platforms.
Third: Ticket Prices and Policy

Ticket Validity: The ticket is valid for 3 months from the purchase date through the online store.

Specified Branch: The ticket is valid only for the branch selected during the purchase process and cannot be transferred to another branch.

Non-transferable or Exchangeable: Tickets are personal and cannot be transferred to another child or exchanged.

Non-refundable: All sold tickets are non-refundable and cannot be canceled under any circumstance.

Price and Time Adjustments: The management reserves the full right to modify prices and working hours without prior notice.

VAT Inclusion: All prices include Value Added Tax (VAT).
- Unused Tickets: They cannot be refunded, but the ticket number (QR Code) may be given to another person to use instead.
Fourth: Group Coordination

Fifth: Allowed Age Groups

Children from birth up to 6 months (who have not started walking): subject only to companion entry fees.

Children from 7 months to 14 years old: subject to child entry ticket fees.

Maximum height allowed for entry: 140 cm.

Maximum age allowed for entry: 15 years.
Sixth: Companion Entry Conditions

The companion must be 18 years old or above.

It is not permitted to purchase a companion ticket without a linked child ticket.

A copy of the invoice must be kept and presented when collecting the child.
Seventh: General Safety Rules

Compliance with Play Rules: The management has the right to take appropriate action, including removing the child from the play area, if they fail to follow safety instructions or supervisor directions.

Prohibited Behaviors: Pushing, climbing on the surrounding nets, or any kind of dangerous behavior is strictly prohibited.

Clothing and Socks: Wearing Kiddos official socks is mandatory for entry (provided free of charge when available).

Personal Belongings: Pockets must be emptied, and no sharp or valuable items should be carried. The management is not responsible for any lost items.

Shoe Storage: Shoes must be placed in the designated areas, and the management is not responsible for any loss.

Food and Drinks: Bringing food, beverages, or baby strollers into the play area is strictly prohibited.
Eighth: Child Pick-Up Conditions

The original invoice must be presented when collecting the child.

If the invoice is not available, the management has the right to request additional identification.

The guardian must come immediately when requested by the management or if the child wishes to leave.
Ninth: Car Rides and Arcade Games

Children under 6 years old are not allowed to participate in car rides.

Seat belts and helmets must be worn throughout the ride.

Intentional collisions, driving in the opposite direction, or leaving the car during the ride are prohibited.

Tampering with machines or attempting to remove coins is not allowed.

Supervisors have the right to end the ride or remove the child if rules are violated.

The management is not responsible for any damages resulting from misuse.
Tenth: Responsibilities and Legal Disclaimer

The companion bears full responsibility for the child’s safety while inside Kiddos.

The management and its employees are not responsible for any consequences resulting from misuse of games or facilities.

In the event of any injury or damage caused by negligence or violation, the responsibility lies with the customer.
Eleventh: Photography and Publishing

By purchasing the ticket, the guardian agrees to allow photos or videos to be taken inside Kiddos for documentation or marketing purposes.

It is prohibited to photograph employees or other children, or to publish any visual content that harms the reputation or operation of the facility.

The management reserves the right to take legal action against any violation.
Twelfth: Legal Clauses

Any clause deemed illegal shall be separated without affecting the validity of the remaining clauses.

Purchasing the ticket constitutes full and final acknowledgment and agreement to all the above terms and conditions.
