At Kidooz World, we offer a variety of fun, kinetic games, including Kidooz Factory, Ball Sea, Fossils Exploration, Trampoline Jumping Games, and many other hands-on cognitive games. Click on the Activities section to discover more.
Is playtime open to children or is it timed?
Kiddos World's policy is to use an open time policy for one ticket per day, during all business hours.
What are the working hours at Kidooz World branches?
We welcome you daily from 8 am to 12 midnight in all our branches.
How much is the entry ticket to Kidooz World Entertainment, and does the price vary depending on age?
Admission prices vary by branch and include VAT. Prices do not vary by age. Children aged 14 and under. Go to the store for admission prices and offers.
What is the maximum age allowed to enter?
Maximum age allowed for both genders is (14 years).
Is entry free for the facilities?
The company applies a companion entry policy with a nominal fee of 11 Saudi riyals per companion. Please note that companion entry is mandatory for children under the age of three and for children requiring special care.
What is the last time to pick up a child from the branch administration before the end of the daily working hours?
You must arrive to pick up your child no later than a quarter of an hour before the end of the official working day. Please note that branches close at 12 midnight.
I was late arriving after work hours, or I did not answer branch calls. What is the procedure in these emergency cases?
Children of unresponsive parents who arrive late after the end of the official working hours will be handed over to the mall's security department and notified via text message.
I booked an entry ticket through the Kidooz World online store, and I want to change my visit date or cancel the ticket before the date?
There is no specific date for the ticket. You can activate it by showing the invoice received via email or WhatsApp to use the ticket at any time.
I booked an entry ticket through the Kidooz World online store, but I didn't show up on the same day. Can I request a refund or change the date after the visit date?
It is non-refundable and can only be used once to enter the branch during working hours.
How can I receive the bracelet after completing payment through the online store?
After completing the payment and purchasing the ticket, you will receive a message on email and WhatsApp with the invoice containing the ticket barcode. All you have to do is go to the cashier to enter.
